Judith
Kadyn feel your lines, don’t just say them
Kadyn maybe try using other voice techniques than yelling when you do lines about “ I hate my country” this whole part is too much yelling, not enough feeling
Define your attitude in both factory scenes. How are they different?
First factory scene – look at bomb pieces.
Different outfit in ironing scene – get coat from coatrack to farewell scene.
In the promises line – put fingertip on Frank’s lips.
Brian
Reese lost line “dad would never ??”

  1. I’ll work on being more daughter like with Kadyn and I think our new lines will help! I’ll also work on building a relationship with the whole family.

  2. I’m going to work on my characterization in the factory scenes, I also need to figure out how to perform my lines when allister returns and how to hold in my emotions.

  3. i’ll work on better interactions with characters that don’t have their relationship with me written in. also i will find out when anger is appropriate vs being worried or humorous

  4. I will take notes on details that will only boost the realistic aspect of the play and help all of the actors and actresses gain a deeper understanding of their roles. I will also help make the props to the best of my ability to also add to the realisticness of the play.

  5. I will work on finding my sister. I will capitalize on me being more afraid, and frantic. I will also work on taking risks with Tom

  6. I will work on distinguishing that I am dead in both characters. And work on coordinating the dolls movements with my movements with Collin. I also will work on being more traumatized and find a hairstyle for both characters.

  11. I will most definitely be working on my accent! I feel if we can get the death scene more of our all it will really get the audience to feel the pain and sorrow that everyone went through with all the death. It’s a huge scene that shows that they didn’t care who they were killing they just cared about winning the war which will really help out Kadyn’s part to help the audience love her and Ashlynn for her decision to kill the German instead of Kadyn.

  12. I will be working on my monologue to where it is more believable! I will go look at more videos of what it was like during that time in london and hopefully pull something from there that will help my character! I also want to work on my scene with Reese, I think Cooper had some really good ideas today and hopefully we will be able to work on that and make it seem less awkward. I would also like to work on my relationship with the girls in the factory, I need to make it known that I don’t necessarily like them and that I only really have one friend. I think we are doing a lot better, but we still need to learn lines and just really get into becoming our characters, not just playing a part! I am excited to see what this play has in store for us, good job so far everybody!

  13. I will work on being slower and louder with my words. When I transition I will not break character and walk with purpose. When I speak I will enunciate my words and hit my verbs. Also I will work on the emotion in my monologue it’s weak and I realize that. I need to make my relationships known and have my feelings register on my face. I just need to break the routine of things and settle in to the character of Sheila.

  14. I will work on differentiating my two part as Mr. Briggs and the Foreman. I will also be louder and I will try and be a strong actor among all of our strong female actors.

  15. I will work on varying my lines and making the audience feel it more, i will also work on me and coopers relationship seeming less like friends and more as mither and daughter. I memorised my new new lines last night, i’ll keep working on remembering!

  16. I will try and make my two characters very different, and find a way to make my voice deeper. I also will walk like I don't have a leg.

  17. i think the everyone has been doing well just needing to learn lines. transitions need to be worked on. remember when moving furniture put it over your head and look scared. even though you are singing make sure to contort your face

  18. The transitions into the bar scenes need to be faster; I think outing the tables and stools closer will help tremendously. I will work on feeling and looking like I'm so excited to get married. I'll talk about the type of flowers I want and my colors and different things like that coming into the factory scenes and at the bar. We also need to continue working on the relationships between the girls.

  19. I'm gonna work more on more facial expressions and movements during the dead scene. Also right hair and fog machine

  20. If we can nail that scene with me and Payton I believe it will be 10 times better. Also making my lines believable when I am talking about my father.

  21. Work on accents and remember verbs!! Smoother transitions, it doesn’t flow very well. Cooper and Evan freeze when on the pillar.

  22. I will help as much as possible backstage. It’s really difficult for some in the girls to get changed so quickly. So the more help the better.

  23. The relationship between me and Kadyn needs work and I think we both know that. I wil personally work on entering myself into the family equation instead of a lone wolf seeming attitude, and I realizz the importance of our needing to build in a relationship as a family more time spent between the four of us will increase that feeling but we need it soon. Any ideas on how to build the family relationship from a father standpoint would be greatly appreciated! I am working on Frakker consistently but I need more definition and enunciation I am working on my characters individuality and I realize the consistence of a husband and the scary dull presence of Frakker . I believe the part of mine that needs to be most improved is the relationship between me and Kadyn I'm open to suggestions, and currently trying my hardest to feel the same as Frank would in his position.

  24. I will work on encouraging everyone and taking specific notes to help them. I think that it is hard for us to visualize how life was then because we know how the outcome of the war was. We won. England was saved. They need to put themselves in a position where they are blind to the outcome of the war. That will help them to look fearful and uncertain.
